By purchasing from The Fragmint, you agree to the following terms:

1. **Independent Retailer**
   The Fragmint is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any fragrance brand or designer. All trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive purposes.

2. **Authenticity**
   All fragrances are 100% authentic and purchased from authorized retailers, distributors, or directly from brands. Each fragrance may be rebottled into smaller atomizers for sampling and travel purposes.

3. **Sales Finality**
   Due to hygiene and safety regulations, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted once an order is placed.

4. **Allergen & Safety Notice**
   Fragrances and oils may contain ingredients that cause allergic reactions. Please test on a small patch of skin before full use. The Fragmint is not responsible for adverse reactions.

5. **Limitation of Liability**
   The Fragmint is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.
