Refund policy

We know things change! You have 24 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation. Just email us at hello@thefragmint.com and we'll take care of it.

Please note that cancelled orders are refunded minus a 3% payment processing fee. Our payment processor doesn't return its fees to us when an order is refunded, and this small deduction helps us cover that cost so we can keep our prices low for everyone.

After that 24-hour window, your order moves into preparation and can no longer be cancelled. Because every decant is hand-poured to order — measured, filled, and labeled specifically for you — once that process starts, we're unable to undo it or resell that portion.

Due to the hygienic nature of fragrance products, all sales are final once this window has passed. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on shipped orders.

We encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully and to test cautiously if prone to fragrance sensitivities or allergies.

If your item arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@thefragmint.com with clear photos so we can assist you appropriately.
