Due to the hygienic nature of fragrance products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been shipped.

We encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully and to test cautiously if prone to fragrance sensitivities or allergies.

If your item arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@thefragmint.com with clear photos so we can assist you appropriately.
