Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Pre-orders, splits, or partial bottle orders may have extended timelines, which will be clearly noted on each product page.

We currently ship within the United States. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or delivery restrictions related to perfume transport regulations. The Fragmint is not liable for delays, confiscations, or damages caused by carriers or customs agencies.

All packages are securely packed to minimize the risk of damage or leakage in transit. Once a tracking number has been issued, The Fragmint is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
